Recommendations for Use:

• Sterilise before first use (boil 5 min).
• Wash hands before insertion or removal.
• Use water or water-based lube to aid insertion.
• Try different folds until you find the most comfortable one.
• Ensure the vacuum is formed for leak-proof protection.
• Empty every 12 hours or as needed. Rinse with water before reinsertion.
• After each cycle, clean thoroughly with mild soap and warm water. Sterilise for 10 minutes and store in the pouch.
