1) Using our Store

You must be 18+ to purchase.
By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

2) Shipping

Handling time: In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within 24–48h on business days.

Destinations & methods:

Estonia, Latvia, Finland: Pickup points/parcel lockers and couriers (via integrated carriers such as Omniva, DPD, Itella/Smartpost, etc.).
Spain & Portugal: Courier delivery only. Estimated transit 3–6 business days.

Pre-order items (“Order” label): special-order from supplier; estimated dispatch in 1–2 weeks. We will notify you if timelines change.

Rates: Prices are shown at checkout and depend on destination and method. Items may ship separately; tracking is provided for each parcel.

3) Payments

Shopify Payments: cards and wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) — available in all markets.
Montonio: bank payments available in EE/LV/LT/FI only (not shown in ES/PT).
(If enabled) Manual bank transfer: instructions are shown at checkout; we process the order after funds are received.
Payments are processed securely by PCI-compliant providers; we do not store full card details.
Orders may be cancelled and refunded if fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or a clear pricing/error occurs.

4) Prices, Taxes & Currency

Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Final taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
We may update prices or correct obvious errors at any time.

5) Returns & Refunds

EU consumers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate items are not returnable unless faulty.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing may take additional days.

6) Products & Availability

Images are illustrative; minor differences in color/packaging may occur.
If an item is unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund or suggest an alternative.

7) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
