Where we ship

• Estonia, Latvia, Finland: Pickup points/parcel lockers and couriers (via integrated carriers such as Omniva, DPD, Itella/Smartpost, etc.).
• Spain & Portugal: Courier delivery only.

Handling time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.

Estimated delivery

• EE/LV: ~1–3 business days
• FI: ~2–5 business days
• ES/PT: ~3–6 business days

Estimates exclude weekends/holidays and may vary due to carrier factors.

Shipping rates

Rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination and delivery method. Any free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

Split shipments

Items may ship separately. You will receive tracking information for each parcel.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

Discreet packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is late, lost, or damaged, contact shop@loveaid.eu within 7 days of the estimated delivery date (include order number and photos, if applicable).
