We hope you love your order – but if not, returning it is easy.

Right to withdraw

In accordance with Estonian law (§56 of the Law of Obligations Act), you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to return

Send us an email at contact@loveaid.eu within 14 days.

Please include:

• Your name
• Product name
• Invoice or order number

Refunds

We’ll refund the full product price and the original shipping fee within 14 days of receiving your return request.

Order cancellation by LoveAid

LoveAid reserves the right to cancel an order in cases where:

• The product is no longer in stock
• A price or product detail was displayed incorrectly due to a technical error
