📍 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your order – but if not, returning it is easy.

Right to withdraw

In accordance with Estonian law (§56 of the Law of Obligations Act) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging.
• Please note: due to hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or unsealed intimate products cannot be returned. This applies to lubricants, massage products, intimate care items, and similar products where the seal has been broken. This is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to return:

• Send us an email at contact@loveaid.eu within 14 days.
• Include your name, product name, and invoice or order number.

Refunds:

We'll refund the full product price and the original shipping fee within 14 days of receiving your return request.

LoveAid reserves the right to cancel an order in cases where:

• The product is no longer in stock
• A price or product detail was displayed incorrectly due to a technical error
