⚖️ Liability and Force Majeure (ENGLISH)

Liability: LoveAid is liable to the customer, and the customer is liable to LoveAid, for any damages caused by a breach of the agreed terms, as stated in applicable Estonian legislation. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Force majeure: LoveAid is not responsible for damages or delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures at service providers.
