Insert, Wear, Reuse
Sterilise the cup before first use, fold it to insert comfortably, and let the vacuum seal form for leak-proof protection. Empty every 12 hours or as needed, rinse before reinserting, and clean thoroughly between cycles — with proper care, one cup lasts 5–10 years.

Recommendations for Use
