📍 RETURN & REFUND POLICY (ENGLISH)

We hope you love your order – but if not, returning it is easy.

Right to withdraw

• In accordance with Estonian law (§56 of the Law of Obligations Act), you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to return:

• Send us an email at contact@loveaid.eu within 14 days.

• Include:

  • Your name

  • Product name

  • Invoice or order number

Refunds:

• We’ll refund the full product price and the original shipping fee within 14 days of receiving your return request.

LoveAid reserves the right to cancel an order in cases where:

• The product is no longer in stock

• A price or product detail was displayed incorrectly due to a technical error
