Recommendations for Use:

• Sterilise before first use (boil 5 min).
• Wash hands before and after handling.
• Use water or water-based lubricant to aid insertion.
• Experiment with different folds until you find your best fit.
• Ensure vacuum seal is created to prevent leaks.
• Empty every 12 hours or as needed. Rinse with water before reinsertion.
• After each cycle, wash with mild soap and warm water, sterilise for 10 minutes, dry and store in the cotton pouch.

Note: Not recommended during intercourse or with IUDs (risk of dislodgement). Do not share your cup. It may take up to 3 cycles to get used to correct placement – don’t give up!
